Fake Foto?
The Washington Post and others think this award-winning photo is a great way to get humans to fight against climate change. A polar bear I know says the photo is as phony as a Hollywood movie star.
A talking polar bear I know says this photo of a 'snoozing' polar bear is a fake.
Grandpa Bear, the brilliant star of my adult-children’s satire ‘Grandpa Bear Goes to Washington,’ knows a thing or two about polar bears and he says this is a stupid human photo trick.
He asks if the bear was lowered from a helicopter?
Did it fly to that spot without making a mark on the snow?
From where was this too-perfect photo taken -- a canoe?
Was the bear so drunk or drugged that it didn't notice there was an expedition a hundred feet away?
The Washington Post asks no questions and doesn't suspect a thing:
How it was taken: Amateur photographer Nima Sarikhani spotted the bear during an expedition in Norway. She hopes it will inspire people to fight climate change. The prize: It was chosen from more than 50,000 photos for the 2023 Wildlife Photographer of the Year People’s Choice Award.

I also had so many questions on this photo. Lol
